Pay Fee & Submit App
- Standard 2-Year Application Fee - $100
- Short Term 60-Day Application Fee - $100
- Medicaid (Sooner Care), Medicare, and 100% Disabled Veterans, 2-Year Application Fee - $20
Obtain I.D. Card
Card will be mailed within 14 business days
